Winning Streak?

The last time I won in a contest of any kind was when I was around seven years old. It was a cartoon show in channel four where they draw winners from kids who are part of the Sustagen Club. Thanks to my mom who was working at Mead Johnson at that time, we were automatic members. One Sunday after church, a friend told me that he saw my name on tv and that I won something. I was so excited because they usually give out the latest toys. That week, my mom and I went to claim my prize which was to my dismay a Benetton watch.

After almost two decades I finally won again and this time on my favorite morning radio show. I’ll be claiming my prize later so I can watch the premier of Prince of Persia. Luck smiles on me again. I’d better join Wowowee next week.
